The thunderstorms are expected to be a mix of wet and dry. Expect gusty and erratic winds up to 45 mph in the vicinity of these thunderstorms. More thunderstorms are expected Thursday afternoon in eastern Oregon. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low humidity, which is in effect from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 401 Western Payette National Forest, 402 Eastern Payette National Forest and 423 Owyhee Mountains. * TIMING...From Friday afternoon through Saturday evening. * THUNDERSTORMS...None. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
