About
Justrite Campground is a small, rustic camping area located next to Mann Creek in the southern portion of the Weiser Ranger District of Payette National Forest. The campground consists of four undeveloped, first-come, first-served campsites that provide a quiet base for exploring the surrounding Hitt Mountains region. The campground is an ideal destination for mountain bikers, with extensive backcountry roads and trails covering miles of terrain throughout the Hitt Mountains. Anglers can fish for rainbow trout in Mann Creek. The remote setting offers a peaceful escape into Idaho's backcountry. Facilities are minimal, with vault toilets available but no potable water on site. Campers must come prepared with their own water supply or be prepared to treat water from nearby sources. The campground typically operates from mid-May through late September or early October, depending on weather and snow conditions. Access is via Highway 95 north from Weiser, then County Road and Forest Road 009.
