* WHAT...High temperatures of 101 to 107 and low temperatures of 65 to 80 expected, with Moderate to Major HeatRisk. * WHERE...The Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys, Foothills, Coast Range, and Sierra north of Highway 50. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...ot temperatures may cause heat illnesses, especially anyone without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Hot temperatures continue today, with areas of Major HeatRisk. Hottest temperatures and warmest overnight lows expected in the northern Sacramento Valley and Sierra foothills thermal belts.

Due to vandalism the cabin is no longer able to run solar power, the fridge, oven and hot water heater are still in operation, but general power no longer works outlets, fans, lights etc.
