Upper Salt Creek Campground was once a camping area in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, situated near Shasta Lake in northern California. The campground has been permanently closed and decommissioned by the Forest Service. As of now, no facilities, water, or restrooms are available at this location. Visitors looking for camping in the Salt Creek area should consider nearby alternatives such as the Salt Creek Dispersed Area or Lower Salt Creek Shoreline Area, both of which offer shoreline camping along Shasta Lake.
