Elsewhere, there is a Small Craft Advisory from Wednesday afternoon through the evening. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM to 11 PM PDT Wednesday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM to 11 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
