Artifacts Removed From Museum
Due to leaks and humidity issues, most of the historic artifacts have been taken off exhibit to protect them until these issues have been resolved. Exhibit area is still open including text panels, maps, and hands-on-exhibits.
Sherrick Farm Trail Detour
There is a detour on the trail due to downed trees. Our staff is working diligently to remove these from the trail.

The combination of drying fine fuels and leaf litter, low relative humidity of around 35 percent and a southerly wind gusting between 20 and 25 mph during the late morning and afternoon hours, will create an elevated risk of wildfire spread across the southern half of Pennsylvania today. Residents are urged to exercise caution if handling any potential ignition sources, such as machinery, cigarettes, or matches. If dry grasses and tree litter begin to burn, the fire will have the potential to spread rapidly. Ongoing work on Lower Town buildings
Facilities staff are doing repair work on several buildings in Lower Town. Please follow signs for alternate entrances and heed temporary closures.
