* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Northern Elko, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South Central Elko, and Southeastern Elko Counties. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Blowing dust may temporarily reduce visibility to one-half mile or less in spots. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Blowing dust may temporarily reduce visibility to one mile or less in spots. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
