About

Cleve Creek Campground offers a quiet, primitive camping experience in White Pine County, Nevada, managed by the BLM Bristlecone Field Office. Situated along Cleve Creek in the Schell Creek Range, the campground provides a shaded retreat beneath mature cottonwood trees. The 12 individual campsites and one group site each feature a picnic table and fire grill. This is a basic, no-fee campground with vault restrooms but no potable water. Campers should arrive self-sufficient with all necessary water supplies. The access road and site layout are not suitable for large trailers or RVs. Hunting and shooting are prohibited within the developed recreation area, and motorized travel is not allowed in adjacent Wilderness Areas. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations accepted. It provides a good base for exploring the surrounding high desert landscape and nearby Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest trails.
