Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Aravaipa Canyon Wilderness. This includes the following streams and drainages... Garden Creek, Telegraph Wash, Deer Creek and Aravaipa Creek.

Raging killer currents will be possible in side canyons and narrow slot canyons. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous to widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected across much of central and northern Arizona on Sunday and Monday, including the overnight hours Sunday night.
