About
Granville Campground sits at 6,604 feet elevation in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, offering a peaceful setting in a unique ecosystem of Arizona Cypress, Quaking Aspen, and Gambel Oak trees. The campground is well-maintained and serves overnight camping, picnicking, and wildlife viewing. The site is free to use and operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations. Amenities include vault toilets, picnic tables, grills, and trash service. Horse corrals are available at the north end of the campground. No potable water is available, so campers must bring an adequate supply. Six privately owned summer homes on special use permits are located within the campground area. The campground is accessed via US 191, approximately 16 miles north of Clifton, Arizona.
