Situated just 2 miles south of Tusayan and approximately 4 miles from the south entrance of Grand Canyon National Park, this campground provides an excellent base for exploring one of America's most iconic natural wonders while enjoying a quiet forest setting. The group camping area features two reservable sites. Site A can accommodate up to 75 people while Site B handles groups up to 50. Both sites include pavilions, shade structures, campfire facilities, multiple grills, and picnic tables. A 200-foot paved pull-through driveway allows for larger vehicles, though RV and trailer access is limited to two units per group site with a maximum length of 35 feet. Up to 15 vehicles total are permitted per group site, with unlimited tent camping. Amenities include vault toilets and centralized potable water spigots. There are no utility hookups, showers, or dump station on site, though these services are available inside Grand Canyon National Park. Generators may only be operated between 7am and 8pm. Pets are permitted.
