At 648 PM MST, a gauge on the Bright Angle Creek reported a rapid rise of 3.8 feet from thunderstorms producing heavy rain. This rise is expected to reach Phantom Ranch within the next 1 to 2 hours. Between 1.25 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. No additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
