About
Wyandotte A Campground occupies a scenic peninsula on the southern shore of Little Grass Valley Reservoir, a 1,600-acre mountain lake in the Feather River Ranger District of Plumas National Forest. At 5,100 feet elevation, the campground is surrounded by mixed-conifer forest and offers direct access to the reservoir's clear waters for swimming, fishing, and boating. The campground has 30 standard non-electric sites split between two loops, with 12 sites available for reservation through Recreation.gov and the rest available first-come, first-served. Each site features a picnic table, fire ring, and paved parking pad. Amenities include flush toilets, potable water, and trash service. Trailers up to 40 feet can be accommodated at select sites. No hookups are available. Little Grass Valley Reservoir supports a variety of wildlife including bald eagles, osprey, deer, and black bear.
