About

Diamond Campground is nestled in Diamond Fork Canyon at 5,200 feet elevation, just 15 miles from Spanish Fork. The campground spans two distinct loops: Loop A provides shady sites under mature cottonwoods, while Loop B offers more open sites with grasses and sagebrush. Diamond Fork Stream and Wanrhodes Creek flow through the campground, providing fishing opportunities for brown and cutthroat trout. The campground features 38 single sites and 22 double sites for families, plus 6 group sites ranging from 25 to 125-person capacity. An interpretive nature trail winds through the campground along the stream, offering easy exploration. The area is a hub for outdoor recreation, with abundant hiking, mountain biking, and off-road vehicle trails nearby. Diamond Fork Canyon offers numerous attractions beyond the campground. Red Ledges Picnic Area, located less than a mile away, features beautiful red rock formations including Diamond Fork Arch. The popular Fifth Water Hot Springs rewards hikers with a 2.5-mile scenic trail leading to natural hot springs pools of varying temperatures. Monks Hollow Trail, beginning 5 miles from the campground, provides extensive opportunities for hiking, biking, and OHV riding. The campground is operated by a concessionaire and offers restrooms and potable water during the main season.

Directions

From I-15, take exit 257A-B for US-6 East toward Price. Continue on US-6 East for about 10.7 miles. Turn left onto Diamond Fork Road and follow for approximately 5.3 miles. Turn right onto Forest Road 041 to enter the campground.
