About

Cherry Campground is nestled along the banks of Hobble Creek in a stand of mature maple and cottonwood trees, just six miles from Springville, Utah, at an elevation of 5,200 feet. The campground offers a well-maintained facility with paved roads and spurs, cement pads under picnic tables, and fire pits with grills. Recreational amenities include a horseshoe pit and volleyball court, making it suitable for both family camping and group gatherings. The campground provides excellent access to outdoor activities year-round. Rainbow trout fishing is popular along Hobble Creek, which flows through the campground. Several multi-use trails can be accessed directly from the campground, including Left Fork Days Canyon Trail and Kirkman Hollow Trail, which accommodate hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and dirt biking. The maple and cottonwood canopy provides ample shade during summer months and spectacular fall color viewing. Cherry Campground accommodates various camping styles with 24 single sites, 4 double sites, and 4 tent-only group sites (three accommodating up to 100 people each and one accommodating up to 50 people). The campground does not have potable water available on-site, so campers must bring their own drinking water. Vault toilets are provided. A 16-day stay limit applies. Nearby attractions include Hobble Creek Golf Course and additional trails at Balsam Campground, located further up-canyon.

Directions

From I-15, take Springville exit 260. Merge onto 400 South. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Canyon Drive. Canyon Drive turns into Hobble Creek Canyon Road, then continue onto Right Fork Hobble Road. Cherry Campground is approximately 1.3 miles ahead on the right side.
