Soapstone Campground is located in the Uinta Mountains of Utah and offers excellent trout fishing, off-road vehicle trails, and numerous hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails. It's situated by a dense forest of pine, fir, and aspen trees, with thickets of willow along the Lower Provo River. Enjoy nature and the nearby Mirror Lake Scenic Byway for outdoor adventure and beauty.
The campground contains several single-family sites, two double sites and one triple site, all with picnic tables and campfire rings. Vault toilets and trash collection are provided. Roads and parking spurs are paved. No water available.
The campground is situated among a dense forest of pine, fir and aspen trees, which provide ample shade and beautiful fall color. Thickets of willow line the Lower Provo River, which flows alongside the campground.
