This campground is perfect for exploring the spectacular Canyon Rims Recreation Area, located 38 miles southwest of Moab. It is nestled against the sandstone of Roan Bailey Mesa at 6,000 feet in elevation, offering cooler temperatures in the summer and excellent star gazing opportunities at night. There is also a one-mile nature trail within the campground.
