About

White Creek Campground is a small, primitive campground tucked along the Little River in Oregon's Umpqua National Forest. With only four sites, three of which require a short walk from the parking area, this campground offers a peaceful retreat for those seeking solitude. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring, and a vault toilet is available. The campground's main draw is its sandy beach on the Little River, featuring shallow water ideal for wading and cooling off. The Overhang Trail, located just a quarter-mile downstream, leads to a scenic cliff with diverse vegetation. Fishing is not permitted at this site. This is a first-come, first-served campground with no advance reservations. Campers must bring their own drinking water and pack out all trash. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed at all times and confined to a vehicle or tent at night.
