Alcohol Prohibitions
This Order describes acts that are prohibited upon lands, roads and trails within the National Forest System administered by the Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region in regards to alcoholic beverages.
Aquatic Invasive Species
This Order prohibits 1) possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic invasive animal species AND 2) prohibits possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic or riparian invasive plant species - on National Forest System lands in the Pacific Northwest Region as specified in the Order.

About
Todd Creek Horse Camp is a specialized equestrian campground located near Todd Creek in the Deschutes National Forest, offering stunning views of Mt. Bachelor. This facility is primarily designed for horse campers and the public is asked to defer use to equestrian visitors. The campground features metal corrals for stock and a hand pump with trough for stock water, making it an ideal base for horseback riding adventures in the Central Oregon Cascades. The adjacent Todd Lake Trailhead provides direct access to the Metolius-Windigo Horse Trail #99, offering some of the best scenic vistas in Central Oregon. Riders can enjoy mountain views, sparkling alpine lakes, rugged lava outcroppings, and wildflowers along tumbling creeks. The campground is accessed via the Cascade Lakes Highway, located approximately 24 miles west of Bend. As part of forest-wide efforts to reduce invasive species, weed-free feed is required for all stock on the Deschutes National Forest. This day-use and camping area requires a recreation pass for parking, with digital passes available through Recreation.gov or via the Scan and Pay feature on the Recreation.gov mobile app. No cash or check is accepted on-site.
