About

Tieton Pond Campground offers a rustic camping experience in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest along the scenic Highway 12 corridor. This dispersed camping area sits on Tieton Pond and provides a quiet setting for both tent and RV campers seeking a more primitive outdoor experience. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not accept reservations. Sites are $10 per night, with a 50% discount available for holders of Interagency Senior or Access Recreation Passes. Payment is by cash or check only. Portable toilets are provided, but there is no potable water available, so visitors must bring their own supply. Access is via Highway 12 to milepost 152, then turning onto Forest Service Road 1304. The area is situated in the eastern Cascades near the Tieton River drainage, offering opportunities for fishing, hiking, and exploring the surrounding national forest.

Directions

From Highway 12, turn at milepost 152 onto Forest Service Road 1304 and follow to the campground.
