The facility occupies a scenic wooded hilltop that gently slopes down to the water, where a full-service marina provides covered and open boat slips, a fuel dock, and boating supplies. The campground offers full-hookup RV and camper sites with electric, water, and sewer connections. Amenities include showers, a swimming pool, playground, and outdoor cooking areas. On-site dining is available at the Northend Pub and Grill, Lake Shelbyville's only waterfront restaurant, serving pub fare including brisket sandwiches, wings, and cocktails. The facility operates seasonally and caters primarily to seasonal campers, with sites typically booking up well in advance. Sullivan Marina hosts an annual customer appreciation fireworks event in August.
