About
Spring Drive RV Campground provides a quiet retreat for RV campers seeking full hookups in a forested mountain setting. Located at 3,200 feet elevation on the southeastern edge of Mount Hood National Forest within the Barlow Ranger District, the campground features 8 spacious sites surrounded by towering pine and fir trees. Each site includes a picnic table and campfire ring with grill, along with electric, water, and sewer hookups. The campground is designed exclusively for self-contained RVs; tent camping is not permitted. Vault toilets are available on site, though no central potable water source exists beyond the hookups at individual sites. The secluded setting offers opportunities to spot deer and other wildlife common to the area. Nearby recreation includes OHV trail riding at McCubbins Gulch and Rock Creek OHV Areas. Government Camp and its year-round skiing are approximately 19 miles away, and numerous mountain lakes, streams, and hiking trails are within a short drive.
