The campground is set among rolling sagebrush-covered hills with sweeping views of the reservoir. Small pine trees dot the landscape but provide minimal shade. Vault toilets and drinking water from spigots are provided, and camping fees include access to dump stations, boat launches, and day-use areas around Strawberry Reservoir. Strawberry Reservoir is renowned for its exceptional fishing, with rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, and Kokanee salmon available. The adjacent marina offers boat rentals, slip rentals, fuel, groceries, and a fish cleaning station. Other activities include boating, water skiing, hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
