Secret Campground is a secluded group site located approximately 20 miles south of Oakridge, Oregon, along the scenic Middle Fork Willamette River in Willamette National Forest. The campground is well-screened from Forest Service Road 21 and offers direct river access from some areas of the site. The single group site accommodates up to 40 people with a maximum of 15 vehicles. Amenities include vault toilets, picnic tables, and trash service. No potable water is available, so campers must bring their own supply. Dogs are permitted on leash (6 feet max) or under physical control. Popular activities include fishing in the Middle Fork Willamette River (special Oregon DFW regulations apply), as well as hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding on the nearby Middle Fork Willamette Trail. Other attractions in the area include Hills Creek Reservoir, Young's Rock, Larrison Rock, and Chuckle Springs.

Directions

From Oakridge, Oregon: Travel east on Highway 58 for 1.7 miles past the junction with Crestview Street. Turn right onto Hills Creek Road/Kitson Springs Road, travel 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Forest Road 21. Continue approximately 18 miles; the campground entrance will be on your right.
