Red Rock Canyon Campground provides an accessible desert camping experience just 20 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Located within the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the campground occupies a quiet bowl near some of the most popular rock climbing destinations in the country. The surrounding landscape features dramatic sandstone peaks, rolling ridges, and steep-walled canyons that highlight the unique wildlife, vegetation, and cultural history of the Mojave Desert. The campground offers 53 standard sites, 10 walk-to tent sites, 6 RV sites, and 7 group sites that can accommodate up to 50 people. All sites include picnic tables and fire rings, with some featuring shade shelters. Three fully accessible sites with concrete pathways are available. Vault toilets and potable water are provided throughout the campground. Note that there are no hookup services for RVs. The Red Rock Scenic Drive and Visitor Center are located 3 miles from the campground. Campers who wish to access the scenic drive must obtain a separate timed entry reservation for each day they plan to enter between October 1 and May 31. Nearby attractions include Spring Mountain Ranch State Park, Lake Mead National Recreation Area, and Valley of Fire State Park.

From Clark County 215 Beltway west, take the Charleston Blvd exit (exit 26) and head west. Drive 3.5 miles to Moenkopi Rd. Turn south on Moenkopi Rd and drive for a mile past the BLM Fire Station. Physical address: 3293 Moenkopi Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89161.
