About

Pulltite Campground is a developed campground within Ozark National Scenic Riverways, America's first national park area to protect a wild river system. The 55 standard sites and 3 group sites follow the Current River's edge through rolling Ozark forest, providing a classic camping experience with easy river access for canoeing, tubing, swimming, and fishing. Each standard site accommodates up to 6 people and includes a picnic table, fire ring, and grill on a paved parking spur. Full amenities including flush toilets, free hot showers, potable water, and a seasonal camp store operate from April 15 through October 15. Winter camping is available at reduced rates with vault toilet facilities only. The historic Pulltite Cabin and scenic Pulltite Spring sit across the river, reachable by boat or wading. Several hiking and horseback trails are nearby including the Ozark Trail, Alley Overlook Trail, and Cave Spring Trail. Canoe and kayak outfitters operate in the area.
