Port Ramp Marina
This is a day-use marina facility only. Overnight camping is not allowed. The marina operates seasonally from mid-May through September for boat slip rentals and launching.
About
Port Ramp Marina is the most heavily used boat launching facility at Pineview Reservoir, which itself is the busiest reservoir in Utah. Located 10 miles from Ogden on the reservoir's west side, the marina operates primarily as a seasonal boat slip rental and dry storage facility from mid-May through September. The facility includes a concrete boat ramp, large paved parking lot with designated slip holder spaces, gravel overflow parking, dry storage areas, a public dock, vault toilets, and a dump station. There are no electrical, water, or sewer hookups available. No picnic tables, grills, or camping amenities are provided. Camping is NOT allowed at Port Ramp Marina. Campers seeking overnight accommodations near Pineview Reservoir should consider Anderson Cove Campground, located approximately 5 miles away on the south shore, which offers both family and group campsites along with a swimming beach.
Directions
From I-15, take the Ogden 12th Street exit and travel east on 12th Street to Highway 39 through Ogden Canyon. At the top of the canyon, turn left on Highway 158 which crosses the dam. Travel on Highway 158 past Radford Lane. Port Ramp Marina is on the right and is marked with a Forest Service sign.
