About

Pattison State Park Family Campground sits within Wisconsin's sixth oldest state park, established for its spectacular waterfalls. Big Manitou Falls drops 165 feet, making it the highest waterfall in Wisconsin and the fourth highest east of the Rocky Mountains. Twin Little Manitou Falls adds another scenic cascade at 31 feet. The 1,400-acre park surrounds Interfalls Lake, offering swimming, hiking, and wildlife viewing. The campground provides 59 family sites arranged in a wooded setting with road access. Eighteen sites offer 30-amp electric hookups for RVs and trailers. Amenities include flush toilets, showers, potable water fountains, and a sanitary dump station. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. Three backpack sites are located about 1.6 miles from parking for those seeking solitude, equipped with vault toilets, fire rings, and tables but requiring campers to pack in water and pack out trash. The park maintains accessible facilities including designated ADA campsites, accessible paths to the bathhouse, nature center, and waterfall overlooks. Pets are welcome throughout the campground with standard leash rules. Certified firewood or wood sourced within 10 miles is required to prevent pest spread.
