About

Located just past the Annie Spring Entrance Station on Highway 62, Mazama Village Campground is the primary camping destination within Crater Lake National Park. The campground occupies a scenic bluff roughly 200 feet above Annie Creek, tucked into a forest of lodgepole pine at 6,000 feet elevation. From here, the historic 33-mile Rim Drive and over 90 miles of hiking trails are easily accessible. The campground features 214 individual sites across seven loops lettered A through G, primarily designed for tent and car camping. A small number of sites offer electric or full hookups for RVs. Every site comes equipped with a picnic table, fire ring with cooking grill, and mandatory bear-resistant food locker. Restrooms are distributed throughout the loops, with showers available in Loop F and at the nearby Mazama Village Camp Store during operating hours. Mazama Village adjacent to the campground provides essential services including a general store stocking groceries, firewood, and propane, plus a gas station and the Annie Creek Restaurant. A free dump station serves RV campers. Cell service within the campground is limited to nonexistent. The campground operates seasonally from late May through late September, with exact dates dependent on snowpack conditions.

Directions

From Highway 62 via the West or South Entrance, proceed to the Annie Spring Entrance Station. The campground entrance is an immediate right turn past the entrance station. From the North Entrance, the campground is a left turn located 7 miles south of Rim Village.
