About

Mazama Village Campground is Crater Lake National Park's largest campground, offering 214 sites in a pristine old-growth forest setting at 6,000 feet elevation. Located just over 6 miles south of the iconic Rim Village, the campground sits on a bluff approximately 200 feet above Annie Creek, surrounded by towering lodgepole pines. The campground is composed of seven loops (A through G) that accommodate both tent and RV camping. Each campsite features a picnic table, fire ring with grill, and bear-resistant food locker for safe food storage. The campground offers a range of amenities including flush restrooms, potable water, a dump station, and shower facilities in Loop F. Sites are available with no hookups, electricity only, or full hookups (water, electric, and sewer). Walk-in tent sites and hiker campsites are also available. Mazama Village, adjacent to the campground, provides essential services including a camp store with groceries, propane, and firewood, a gas station, Annie Creek Restaurant serving American cuisine, and a gift shop. Camp hosts are available onsite during the operating season. The campground serves as an ideal base for exploring Crater Lake's 90+ miles of trails, the historic 33-mile Rim Drive with 30 overlooks, and ranger-led education programs offered during summer months.
