About

Mazama Campground sits in an old-growth forest at 6,000 feet elevation near the Annie Spring Entrance Station of Crater Lake National Park. The campground offers 214 sites accommodating both tent campers and RVs, with each site equipped with a picnic table, fire ring with grilling grate, and bear-resistant food locker. The facility includes a variety of site types: tent sites, RV sites without hookups, RV sites with electricity only, and RV sites with full hookups. Five sites are designated as accessible, with two offering electrical hookups. The campground provides comprehensive amenities including flush toilets, coin-operated showers in Loop F, potable water, a dump station, and paved roads throughout. The adjacent Mazama Village features the Annie Creek Restaurant and Gift Shop, a camp store selling groceries, propane, firewood, and camping supplies, and a gas station. Early season (typically mid-June through June 30), accessible sites operate first-come, first-served, while July through late September requires advance reservations through Recreation.gov. The campground is managed by ExplorCraterLake, the park concessioner. Mazama Campground accommodates RVs up to 50 feet and trailers up to 35 feet. All vehicles must remain on paved surfaces to protect vegetation. Maximum occupancy is six people and two vehicles per site, with a limit of 14 consecutive days and 30 total days per calendar year. Pets are permitted on leash. The campground enforces quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 PM and allows generator use between 8 AM and 8 PM.

The easiest way to locate the campground is via Highway 62 through either the West or South Entrances which meet and turn towards Crater Lake and the Annie Spring Entrance Station.
