About
Maple Grove Campground sits in Fishlake National Forest in central Utah, nestled beneath towering red cliffs with scenic views of the valley below. The campground is shaded by thick stands of maple, cottonwood, box elder, oak and pine trees, with gentle Ivie Creek running through the site. The campground offers reservable group sites and first-come, first-served single sites. The 3.2-mile Rock Canyon Trail begins in the campground and leads to the top of the Pahvant Range, providing excellent hiking opportunities. Ivie Creek offers rainbow trout fishing popular with younger campers. The campground sits at a location where red rock cliffs meet forested mountain terrain, creating a unique setting for camping. This is a pack-in, pack-out facility with no garbage services. The campground provides vault toilets and drinking water from a hand pump. Sites include picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. Paved roads and parking spurs provide good access, though there are no hookups available. The campground is accessed via a 4-mile drive on Forest Road 101 off US Highway 50.
