About
Adelaide Campground is located in Corn Creek Canyon on the south end of the Pahvant Mountain Range near Kanosh, Utah, at an elevation of 5,500 feet. The campground features nine individual sites that accommodate 6-to-8 guests and 2 vehicles each, plus one group site for up to 48 guests and 15 vehicles. All sites are suitable for camp trailers and tent camping, with gravel roads and parking areas. A grove of maple and cottonwood trees provides plentiful shade throughout the campground. Pines and summer wildflowers dot the area, and Corn Creek runs alongside the campground offering brown and rainbow trout fishing opportunities. Flush and vault toilets are provided, along with potable water available from faucets during the operating season. A large amphitheater and picnic shelter are located on-site. The campground serves as an excellent base for outdoor recreation. Hiking and biking trails begin nearby, and the Paiute ATV trail system can be easily accessed from the site, though OHVs are only allowed for ingress and egress within the campground itself. This is a pack-in, pack-out facility with no garbage service. The campground is managed by High Country Recreation under a Forest Service concession permit.
