About
Little Reservoir Campground offers a quiet mountain retreat in the Tushar Mountains of Fishlake National Forest. Located at 7,350 feet elevation, the campground features eight single-family back-in sites scattered among ponderosa pine, pinion, juniper, and scrub oak. Little Reservoir is within sight of most campsites or a short walk away, providing excellent fishing for stocked rainbow trout. The area supports diverse birdlife, making it popular with birders. Each campsite comes equipped with a picnic table, fire ring, and grill. Potable water is available at three hand-pump locations throughout the campground during the operating season. Three vault toilets serve the area, including one that is barrier-free. Site #4 is ADA accessible, with a paved trail leading to the reservoir for fishing access. The surrounding forest offers opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and hunting in season. Winter activities in the area include ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing, though the campground itself closes for winter. Sites accommodate RVs from 22 to 40 feet depending on the specific site, but all are back-in only with no hookups.
