About

LeBaron Campground is a high mountain retreat at 9,900 feet elevation in Utah's Fishlake National Forest. The campground features 11 single sites and one group site, all back-in only, accommodating trailers from 12 to 45 feet. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. One vault toilet serves the campground; potable water is not available, so campers must bring their own supply. The primary draw is LeBaron Lake, which offers excellent fishing for brook trout, rainbow trout, and native Arctic grayling from shore or small non-motorized boats. A designated ATV parking area on the west side provides access to the LeBaron ATV Trail on Forest Road 147, a jumping-off point to numerous loop trails and forest roads including the Piute ATV trail. The surrounding forest provides habitat for elk, deer, black bear, moose, cougar, and mountain goats. Bear activity requires campers to keep all food, garbage, and scented items secured. There is no trash service; pack out all garbage.
