Located in Gogebic County on the Bessemer Ranger District of Ottawa National Forest, Henry Lake Campground provides a quiet northwoods camping experience 9 miles southwest of Marenisco. The campground features 7 drive-in sites arranged in a single loop with natural vegetation screening between sites. Each campsite includes an accessible picnic table, fire ring, and parking spur suitable for tents, trailers, and motorhomes. The campground offers basic amenities including a centrally located double vault toilet in the camping loop, a single vault toilet near the boat ramp, and drinking water via a hand pump. Adjacent to the campground, visitors will find a concrete boat ramp for motorized and non-motorized boats, an accessible trail, and an accessible fishing pier (8 feet wide by 144 feet long) providing access to Henry Lake's bass and bluegill fishery. The medium-sized, fairly deep cold-water lake is ideal for fishing and boating. Henry Lake Campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no advance reservations. Sites are $22 per night during the full-service season. The campground is lightly used and offers a peaceful setting for those seeking a quiet getaway in the Ottawa National Forest.

From Bessemer, travel east on US 2 approximately 13 miles and turn right (south) onto Dunham Road, travel approximately 3 miles and turn right (south) onto FR 8100, travel approximately 4.5 miles to the campground. From Watersmeet, travel west on US 2 approximately 28 miles and turn left onto M 64, travel approximately 3.5 miles and turn right onto FR 8300, travel approximately 5 miles and turn left onto FR 8100, travel approximately 3 miles to the campground.
