For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest to west winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 5 ft expected. * WHERE...Black River to Ontonagon MI and Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal MI. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ this morning.
