Colter Bay Marina End Ties offer boat owners nightly mooring on the shores of Jackson Lake in Grand Teton National Park. Located within Colter Bay Village, the marina provides end tie slips for boats during the summer season. Guests must provide their own ropes and lines for docking, and check-in upon arrival with proof of insurance and registration is required. Note that shower, power, and water are not available at the end ties.
Colter Bay Village serves as a full-service destination with practical amenities including laundry facilities, showers, restaurants, a grocery store, and a visitor center featuring the David T. Vernon Indian artifacts collection. The area offers numerous recreational opportunities including marina rentals of canoes, kayaks, and motorboats, lake cruises to Elk Island, world-class fishing, horseback riding, and hiking trails ranging from easy lakeshore walks to the more challenging Hermitage Point trail. Several islands float just offshore, home to diverse wildlife including fish, birds, river otters, and beavers.
Set against the majestic backdrop of the Teton Mountains with views of Mount Moran and the northern Teton Range, the marina provides an ideal base for exploring Jackson Lake. The area is home to black and grizzly bears, moose, deer, elk, bald eagles, and other wildlife. Boaters can explore the nearby bays and islands, with the lake being a popular destination for fishing and water recreation in Grand Teton National Park.
