Chapman State Park encompasses 862 acres of forested terrain in Warren County, Pennsylvania, centered around the 68-acre Chapman Lake. Described as an oasis of recreational facilities in a vast wilderness area, the park sits adjacent to Pennsylvania State Game Lands and Allegheny National Forest, offering abundant opportunities for fishing, swimming, boating, and hiking. The woodland campground features 89 sites across multiple configurations: 18 full-hookup sites with electric, water, and sewer connections; 37 modern electric sites; 10 modern non-electric sites; and 12 walk-to tent sites. Full-hookup sites can accommodate large RVs up to 100 feet with pull-through access. Modern restroom facilities with flush toilets and showers serve the campground, along with a sanitary dump station and potable water at convenient hydrants. ADA-accessible sites are available throughout. Beyond traditional camping, Chapman offers five furnished camping cottages sleeping five guests each and two yurts sleeping six, all equipped with electric heat. Organized group tenting accommodates larger parties year-round with advance reservations. The park's lake provides warm-water fishing for bass, walleye, and panfish, while a swimming beach and boat launch offer summer recreation.

From US 6 near Clarendon, take Railroad Street (which becomes Chapman Dam Road) and follow it approximately 5 miles to the park entrance.
