About

Bridges Campground is located in beautiful Huntington Canyon along the Huntington Canyon National Scenic Byway on Utah Highway 31, at approximately 8,700 feet elevation. The campground features four single-family campsites and one group site that can accommodate up to 30 people, all nestled under large spruce trees and aspens that provide plentiful shade. Huntington Creek runs alongside the campground and is designated as a Blue Ribbon fishery, offering high-quality fishing for brown, cutthroat, and rainbow trout. The campground provides vault toilets but has no drinking water, electricity, or garbage services, so visitors must pack in water and pack out all trash. Roads and parking spurs are dirt. Popular activities include fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and scenic driving. The 4-mile Left Fork of the Huntington National Recreation Trail and the 10-mile Fish Creek Trail are both nearby. While horses are not allowed in the campground, two hitching racks are provided just across the highway. The Huntington Canyon National Scenic Byway is part of the 86-mile Energy Loop, offering stunning mountain and lake views.
