About

Bridges Campground is a primitive forest campground located along Huntington Creek in Huntington Canyon, approximately 21 miles northwest of Huntington, Utah on Highway 31, the Huntington Canyon National Scenic Byway. At 8,700 feet elevation, the campground is shaded by large spruce and aspen trees and provides direct access to excellent trout fishing in the adjacent Blue Ribbon waters. The campground offers 5 individual sites and 1 group site that accommodates up to 30 people. Each site includes fire rings, grills, and picnic tables, with group sites also featuring dutch oven pans. This is a true primitive camping experience with no potable water, no restrooms, and a pack-in/pack-out trash policy. Campers should come fully prepared with their own water supply. Recreational opportunities abound with hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, and horseback riding in the area. The Left Fork Huntington National Recreation Trail and Fish Creek Trail are nearby. While no livestock is permitted within the campground itself, hitching racks are provided across the highway for horse users.
