About

Bridge Bay Campground occupies a prime location on the western shore of Yellowstone Lake at an elevation of 7,800 feet. As one of the largest campgrounds in Yellowstone National Park, it offers over 400 regular campsites plus four group sites for larger parties. Each site includes a picnic table and fire grate. The campground features 16 restroom buildings with flush toilets and cold running water, dishwashing stations, an RV dump station, and recycling/refuse collection. The setting provides sweeping views of Yellowstone Lake and the Absaroka Range rising above the eastern shore. Bridge Bay Marina is adjacent to the campground, offering boat rentals, guided fishing trips, fuel, and scenic cruises. Lake Village, located 2 miles away, provides additional services including restaurants, lodging, a general store, post office, and medical clinic. The campground accommodates tents and RVs up to 40 feet combined length, though sites may not be level and larger rigs will find limited site availability. No hookups are available. Strict food storage regulations require all odorous items to be secured in hard-sided vehicles or bear boxes when not in use.
