About
Big Foot Beach Campground sits on 271 acres along the scenic shores of Lake Geneva in southeastern Wisconsin. The campground features 100 wooded campsites divided into two loops. The upper loop contains 66 sites with gravel pads suitable for RVs, including 34 sites with electric hookups. The lower loop offers 34 walk-in tent sites located 30-100 feet from vehicle parking, providing a more secluded camping experience. All sites include a fire ring and picnic table. The campground is equipped with modern amenities including a shower building near site 98, vault toilets throughout the grounds, and a convenient dump station. Firewood, ice, and fire starters are available for purchase at the camp host site near the entrance. The park's main attraction is its sandy swimming beach on Lake Geneva, complemented by 5 miles of hiking trails that wind through wooded terrain. Winter visitors enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on the trails. Reservations are available online through the Wisconsin State Park system during the peak camping season from mid-May through mid-September. During the off-season, some sites may be available first-come, first-served. The park grounds remain open year-round from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. for day use, though camping is seasonal. A Wisconsin vehicle admission sticker is required for all visitors.
