For the Fox River (Illinois)...including Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River from Johnsburg downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles, including the Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater gauge. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Fox River Drive threatened in East Dundee. Boathouses threatened along the river in Cary. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:30 AM CDT Saturday was 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will continue to gradually fall over the next few days and is expected to fall below flood stage early next week. - Flood stage is 9.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
