Barber Flat Cabin is an old Forest Service guard station built in 1923 and renovated by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1935. Located near the North Fork Boise River, it provides a great base for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, and big game hunting. The cabin has no electricity, but is equipped with a wood stove, kitchen, bathroom, and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests can explore the area's natural attractions, including stunning views of the Boise Mountains, Ponderosa pines, and osprey nests.
