Southeastern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 730 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 122 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is already occurring due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving cold front combined with an upper level disturbance will bring widespread heavy rain to the region.
