About

Wild River State Park Campground provides a classic Minnesota camping experience along 18 miles of the scenic St. Croix River. The 94-site campground is spread across five wooded loops, with 34 sites offering electric hookups. Sites accommodate RVs up to 60 feet and feature picnic tables, fire rings with grills, and tent or RV pads. Modern restroom facilities with flush toilets are available, along with seasonal showers and drinking water stations throughout each loop. Beyond camping, the park offers 35 miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. An all-season trail center provides a place to relax, and a visitor center features exhibits and environmental education programs. The park also has six camping cabins with bunkbeds and a guest house for those seeking more amenities. Canoe and backpack camping sites along the river provide backcountry options.
