* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Whitewater Memorial State Park is part of the Brookville/Whitewater Complex in east central Indiana, encompassing over 13,500 combined acres and two lakes. The 200-acre Whitewater Lake provides opportunities for flat-water boating, swimming, fishing, and shoreline hiking, while the nearby Brookville Reservoir offers additional recreational options. The campground features 319 reservable sites spread across multiple loops, including 214 electric sites with 30-amp service, 41 non-electric tent sites, 37 equestrian sites (both electric and primitive), and 20 family cabins. Campsites include fire rings, grills, and picnic tables. Modern restrooms with hot showers are available in bath houses throughout the campground, along with drinking water stations, a dump station, and a camp store for supplies. Additional park amenities include a marina, boat rentals, archery range, golf course, and extensive trail system for hiking and horseback riding. The park is located south of Richmond and offers a peaceful retreat for families, equestrians, and outdoor enthusiasts.
