About
Whiskey Rock Bay Campground sits on the secluded west shore of Lake Pend Oreille within the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The campground offers 9 camp units, with three sites positioned directly on the lake, plus four day-use picnic sites with fire rings. A boat dock and swimming beach provide direct water access for fishing, boating, and swimming. This is a primitive, no-fee campground with vault toilets but no potable water. Campers should bring all drinking water and supplies. Sites are available first-come, first-served with no reservations. The campground is accessible by driving 30 miles south from Clark Fork on Johnson Creek Road (Forest Road 278), or by boat approximately 10 miles south of Garfield Bay.
