About

Waters Point Campground is located within Glendo State Park along the shores of Glendo Reservoir in southeast Wyoming. This moderately sized campground features 18 campsites, with sites 1-12 suitable for RVs and sites 13-18 designated as tent-only sites. The tent sites include windbreaks and gravel pads for added comfort. Sites 1 and 3-5 offer partial shade, while sites 7-18 are exposed with no shade coverage. The campground provides access to two small beaches, one with red sand and one with white sand. While these beaches are rockier than other locations in the park, they remain excellent spots for swimming and lakeside relaxation. Glendo State Park encompasses 10,000 acres of land and 12,000 acres of water, offering diverse recreational opportunities including 45 miles of non-motorized trails for hiking and mountain biking.
