About
Victoria Campground provides a well-equipped lakeside camping experience on Allatoona Lake, one of the most visited U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lakes in the nation with nearly 7 million annual visitors. The campground offers more than 70 spacious reservable campsites, all with water and 50-amp electrical hookups. Sites 6 and 7 additionally feature full sewer hookups. The campground is conveniently located near a dock and swimming beach. Allatoona Lake spans 270 miles of shoreline and is annually stocked with bass, crappie, bream, gar, and catfish, making it popular for fishing. Boating, swimming, wildlife observation, and hiking are all accessible from the campground. Eight marinas on the lake offer boat rentals and restaurants. Nearby attractions include the city of Woodstock with restaurants and historic downtown shopping, Etowah Indian Mounds, Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, Red Top Mountain State Park with 15+ miles of trails, and Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield. Atlanta attractions including Zoo Atlanta and Georgia Aquarium are approximately 35 miles away.
