Old Highway 41 #3 Campground is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility located on Allatoona Lake, approximately 40 miles north of Atlanta near Acworth, Georgia. The campground provides 44 spacious campsites, including premium lakefront sites and double sites, all equipped with 50-amp electric and water hookups. Pad sizes range from 23 to 48 feet, accommodating a variety of RVs and trailers. Amenities include a modern bathroom and shower building with hot water, coin-operated laundry facilities, and an RV dump station. Each campsite features a picnic table and charcoal grill. Campers enjoy free access to the campground's boat launch, and a swimming beach is located nearby. The campground also has a playground and basketball court. Allatoona Lake is one of the most visited Corps of Engineers lakes in the nation, with 270 miles of shoreline. The lake is annually stocked with bass, crappie, bream, gar, and catfish, making it a popular destination for anglers. Nearby attractions include Red Top Mountain State Park, Etowah Indian Mounds, and the historic downtown areas of Acworth and Cartersville.

From I-75, take Exit 283 toward Emerson. Merge onto Old Allatoona Rd SE. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto LakePoint Pkwy. Continue straight onto Lakepoint Pkwy SE for 1.5 miles.
